Spinach Salad with Bacon and Goat Cheese

Ingredients

serves 4

  • 1 lb. spinach, washed and dried
  • 1 pt. grape tomatoes
  • ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup carrots, shredded
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Wilson Farm Basil Vinaigrette

In a large salad bowl, toss spinach, carrots, and tomatoes. Sprinkle goat cheese and crumbled bacon on top, and serve with our Basil Vinaigrette.
